Hobbies: I'm a huge music freak (I blame this on my Dad and brother)! I have thousands of cds in personal library. I'm also into 4X4's. Currently I own a nearly restored 1979 Ford F150 pickup... my baby since 1994. And my recent ride... a blazin' yellow 2004 Ford F150 crew cab pickup.

Family: I have a great wife, Kerri , and a little musclehead son by the name of Jake.
Lifestyle: My wife and I are BIG into health and fitness. Kerri is a marathon runner including the Kona marathon in Hawaii and Rock N' Roll marathon here in town. I'm the weightlifter/bodybuilder. I started lifting over 25 years ago after repeatedly being picked on by kids in school ...I was fat and they were mean..bad combo. (wish I could see those bullies today).
My wife and I also own a franchise, Stretch-N-Grow of Mesa. It's an organization that teaches preschoolers and daycare kids about health & fitness which is greatly in need nowadays..
